Guarantee:
Denver Athletic Supply guarantees your satisfaction. For more information please review the policies below.

Return Policy:
If the item you receive is not what you ordered, (including defects, incorrect size or style), simply return it to Denver Athletic Supply within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange it for something else. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Defective items are accepted for exchange only - no refunds on defective merchandise. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold in a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Any item that shows signs of wear will no longer be in original condition. We recommend that you try everything on indoors. Denver Athletic will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition. Applying shipping labels to shoe boxes as your return shipping box or garment bags used to package the items will be returned to sender and rejected for refund or exchange. Denver Athletic makes the final determination whether the items are suitable for return or exchange. Denver Athletic is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

You, the customer, need to contact Denver Athletic for a RA# to return any product. Do not return any product without contacting Denver Athletic to receive the RA# and shipping information.

Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' or 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment through Visa or MasterCard.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertly under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Team Orders: 
Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% service charge. All printed or embroidered sales are final.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping charges are based on order value and will appear on your order summary as you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout. Shipping fees will be finalized once the total number of packages and weight are confirmed. If there is a difference in cost from the stated shipping fee you will be contacted by email or phone. Shipping is limited to the United States.

Shipments Direct from the Manufacturer:
On occasion, Denver Athletic coordinates with manufacturers to ship items directly to our customers. If you receive an item purchased from Denver Athletic shipped directly to you by the manufacturer that requires a return or exchange you must ship it to Denver Athletic - NOT THE MANUFACTURER.

Delivery Schedule:
We ship your order as quickly as possible. All items that are in stock at Denver Athletic will be shipped within 1-3 business days through UPS or USPS. Items shipped directly from manufacturers may take from 1-3 weeks depending on availability. You will be informed of out of stock items. Shipments may be delayed due to holidays, weather delays while in transit or other unforeseen occurrences. For time sensitive deliveries please call Denver Athletic to confirm estimated shipping time.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Pending approval of returned merchandise a refund for the amount of the purchased item will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Exchange requests will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. All additional costs including return shipping will be charged to the customer.

Clearance Items:
Any item marked as CLEARANCE is not considered for any refund or exchange, the item is sold 'as is.'

Packaging Instructions:
Return all purchased items including shoe boxes with the merchandise in original condition, a copy of your receipt and write the order number on the outside of the shipping box. DO NOT USE SHOE BOXES AS THE SHIPPING BOX. For an exchange or refund, please note on the receipt what item you wish to receive in exchange for the merchandise or if you are requesting a refund.

Tax Charges:
For orders made from within the Colorado, sales tax will be applied.

Credit Card Security:
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Privacy Policy:
Denver Athletic Supply does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
